Snake Oil

I’m not so sure about this….

I am happy to use any and all pesticides in my garden to establish my dominance over pests — if nothing else works. I have a certain perverse delight in drowning snails and slugs if they do not eat the little blue pellets and go quietly so it makes sense that I at least want to try chipping the beaks of birds.

And here they sit drying in the sun at the back door, having just been sprayed with a somewhat toxic sealant. If they don’t work I could repurpose them for game pieces I suppose.
